What are your open hours?
Answer: Saturdays 1-4, May through October—Other times by appointment.
Do you have private tours?
Answer: Yes! Call for details.

Are you Handicap Accessible?
Answer: Yes! Both at the Museum and the first floor of the Van Allen House.

Can one check out materials?
Answer: No, reference materials may not be checked out.

What services do you have for researchers?
Answer: WiFi available in the Donald Young Research Library.

Do you have a copy machine and/or scanner for visitors to use?
Answer: Yes, we do have a copy machine for reasonable research uses. You are also welcome to take photographs of documents with personal device.

Do you have a lecture program?
Answer: Yes! Monthly programs with historical themes are held, May through October.
Examples of past programs: Mount Pleasant Fire Department and North Village at Midwest Old Threshers.

How can I become a member?
Answer: Annual membership is $15.00 for individuals.

How can I join the Board?
Answer: Please, call for details.

What sorts of things do you accept as donations?
Answer: Item donations must have a historical connection to a Henry County person, place or event.
Item donations are subject to approval by the HCHT board.
