Located on the top floor of the 1953 addition to the former Saunders School building.

Donald Young was a life-long educator. He loved learning and teaching and he loved history. He was a founding member of Henry County Heritage Trust and upon his unexpected death, HCHT inherited Don's entire collection of historical documents: research files, photographs, slides, postcards, books and memorabilia, as a tribute to his life.

Available for research: rural school records, Target yearbooks, city directories, Henry County directories, history books, maps and atlases, family genealogy files, plus much more. Also, HCHT Gift Shop, which includes puzzles, afghans, books and mugs.
